Mrs Tanika, I’m a mom, an entrepreneur, and a firm believer that it truly takes a village to raise a child. More than a decade ago, I opened my home to a few families with a dream of providing the kind of childcare every parent deserves—safe, loving, dependable, and full of joy. Today, that dream has grown into multiple locations serving families across Central New York, but my heart hasn’t changed. Every decision I make is guided by one question: ‘What’s best for our children?’ My hope is that every child who walks through our doors knows they are loved, every family feels supported, and every team member knows the incredible difference they make each day.
