Welcome Parents

A Warm Welcome
to Our Families

Welcome to It Takes A Village 24HR Childcare Center! We are excited to partner with you in providing your child with a safe, loving, and nurturing place to learn and grow. Your trust means so much to us, and together, we can help your child feel confident, supported, and ready to thrive.

Parents Communication App

We encourage open communication between parents and our teachers. If you have questions, concerns, or updates about your child, we are always here to listen and work together with you.

Parent Responsibilities

Parents and caregivers are an important part of the childcare partnership. We encourage families to communicate openly with our staff, keep their child’s information and emergency contacts updated, follow center policies, and provide any necessary supplies. Parents are also responsible for following drop-off and pick-up procedures, keeping children home when they are sick, and staying involved in their child’s learning and development.

Together, families and our team can create a safe, caring, and positive environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.

Maintain open and honest communication with our staff. Share any updates regarding your child’s health, behavior, or routine that may impact their day. Please also stay informed by regularly checking messages, emails, and notices from the daycare.
Ensure your child is well enough to attend daycare. Children who show signs of illness (such as fever, vomiting, or contagious conditions) should be kept home for their well-being and the health of others. Notify us of any allergies, medical needs, or medications your child may require. Parents are to provide up to date immunization record as required by daycare policies.
Provide all necessary items your child may need for the day, such as a change of clothes, diapers, bottles, comfort items, and weather-appropriate attire. All personal items should be clearly labeled with your child’s name.
Take an active role in your child’s early learning experience by attending scheduled meetings, events, or conferences. We value your input and collaboration in supporting your child’s development.
